A Castle Stay to Remember
evening meal delicious sauce lovely staff cabaret act
The evening meal with pork and pepper corn sauce tasted delicious. Apple crumble alongside other dishes like salad and soup were Wirth the money. The staff at reception and the bar are lovely. The cabaret act on Saturday night was great.
The lift stopped working intermittently, so I used the stairs for safety.

The staff was supportive and always strove to. Management seemed hands-on, especially during events like Christmas, to ensure all was well. I appreciated the attentive care provided.

The room provided had great amenities and felt lovely for the price paid . I found the room clean upon arrival and had more storage than I've seen in a while. It felt spacious.

The food choice tasted excellent, especially during Christmas. I loved the Christmas entertainment. New Year's Eve in the big room felt excellent. This place provided value for the price.

The evening meal was very nice. it was a self service meal and i found it delicious. all staff were friendly. When i asked for another pillow, they were straight on it.
i had a room with no heating. The hotel knew about it since the morning! there was no compensation, only a box of fudge.

lovely staff clean room enjoyable stay
The staff member who assisted with my check-in was lovely and accommodating. I found my room basic yet clean, a relief. I had a most enjoyable stay. The value was Really good!!!
The room was cold. I had no individual control over the heating system.
